Hometown Summer Berkshires Wedding

Elizabeth and Casey lived in the same town their entire lives.  Although they had common acquaintances, they never crossed paths until one Christmas break!  Elizabeth was living in NYC at the time and never imagined meeting her future husband back in her hometown. During the planning process, while going through old photos, Elizabeth found her sister’s communion picture and realized that Casey was IN THE PHOTO! There was a picture of her future husband in her house for over 20 years! How crazy is that!?

It only made sense to bring everyone they love to their home town to celebrate their wedding.

Through the planning process, Elizabeth and Casey kept a cheerful smile and a hopeful heart despite some obstacles that were presented to them. Their first choice of venue cancelled their wedding 2 months out! They kept an optimistic view and rushed to find a new venue. Thank you to Proprietors Lodge and all of the vendors that helped us pull this together.

Elizabeth's vision of pink hues, princess gowns, flowing florals and delicate touches were brought to life at the lodge with floor to ceiling views of the lake and outdoor wrap around terraces.

They planned a weekend full of festivities- starting with a James Taylor concert at Tanglewood, followed by a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at the Firefly. The decor was stunning and the florals were exquisite. The food was delicious, drinks were amazing and desserts were yummy. The dance floor was packed and a surprise musical performance from the groom brought tears to everyone's eyes. They had the cutest flower pup, Rosie and their family and friends made this perfect day even more special! They continued their wedding back at Hotel on North and ended the night perfectly with pizza and more cocktails!
