Christina Whitney was amazing! The whole process from wedding planning to wedding day was almost effortless and that is due to Christina. Christina was always pleasant and enthusiastic but most importantly, she was always accessible and available to answer any questions or ease any concerns. One of the things we appreciated the most was that Christina treated us like family. Our wedding day, was not stressful or chaotic but instead was very calm and smooth. Christina was the primary contact for the vendors and oversaw all of the behind the scenes events which eliminated all of the stress from us. We know that our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without Christina’s help. Thank you!

Christina and Jen did an amazing job of making our dream wedding a reality! From the moment we first met with Christina, they were helpful and thoughtful and ready to guide us. They seem to know every venue and vendor in the city. They provided detailed, handy timelines and instructions, and were consistently checking in to make sure we kept on schedule and didn't have any questions or issues (and when we did have worries, they did a great job of calming us down). They were full of fun suggestions to make our wedding special, and when we had unusual ideas of our own, they always came through with ways to execute them. On the day of the event, they took complete charge of all the vendors and logistics so that we could focus on having the best day ever... which we did. Even after the wedding, they have kept in touch both to get feedback about the night and simply as friends. We definitely recommend them to everyone!

The Wedding of my dreams -Thanks to Whitney Events 

I could not have chosen a better wedding planner for my big day. I got married at a beautiful location in Manhattan and everything came out better than I expected. To start off with, Christina only had 7 months to plan my wedding. She listened to my ideas and offered terrific input that I ended up using for my wedding. I had no idea what I wanted to do as far as food, and this is where Christina really pulled through with her culinary knowledge. She provided me with great options for the cocktail hour as well as the reception. I asked her to meet with the caterer personally because I trusted her to guide him in the right direction. As far as decor, I told Christina that I wanted my reception to look like a garden in the city. I wanted cherry blossom trees as my center piece, which I knew wouldn't be easy, but Christina made it happen for me. But what I really appreciated Christina for the most was all of the detail organization that she took care of for me. She made sure to stay in touch with me on a constant basis, updating me every step of the way with my vendors. In all honesty, my wedding planning process was virtually stress free because of Christina. I will forever be indebted to Whitney Events NY for the immaculate job they did to make my wedding day, the day of my dreams.

Seamless Execution Creating  A  Completely Relaxed Bride!!

Christina and her team were amazing! They completely captured my vision and personal elements combined with the right people and details to make it all come together seamlessly. From flowers & table settings down to the flow of how I wanted the speeches, they made it all work perfectly. From the beginning of the planning process, they made it so easy to narrow down vendors. They got an understanding of what we were looking for then sent us recommendations for venues, florists, bands and photographers. It made it so much less overwhelming planning a wedding in NYC. Communication was so easy, and they are completely responsive; an email late at night or a quick text always got a response. We chatted on a regular base to make sure everything was on track. They set up payment trackers and deadlines and made everything readily available in a shared drive. Our wedding day went off without a hitch! Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be and all the vendors were taken care of. I could completely enjoy the day, just as the bride! :-) I give Whitney Events my highest recommendation for any bride or groom getting ready to plan their special day!!

Whitney Events was spectacular! We already had our venue and band booked when we hired them but they helped with everything else. As my husband and I have difficulty making decisions sometimes, we found it very helpful to have Whitney Events suggest vendors that they work with and trust and then we could narrow it down to the ones who would be perfect for us. We were very happy with every vendor they recommended (florist, hair, makeup, invitations). Having their expertise especially in the month prior to the wedding when you are nailing down all the details was a big help. We didn't need to worry about those details because they had it all under control.

Our wedding day was perfect and everything went smoothly. Christina and Jen were there to make sure shuttles, speeches, etc. were on time and we didn't give a thought to it. We were supposed to have our ceremony take place outside but due to rain we ended up having it inside but I never even cared or thought about it because they handled everything and made sure that the ceremony indoors was absolutely gorgeous.  Christina and Jen are professional, kind, hard-working, attentive to detail, and great to work with. We 100% recommend them!

Christina and Angelo were amazing! They were so helpful, organized, responsible and responsive. Angelo was with me the day of my wedding and he was ON POINT and SO amazingly helpful with everything. He reassured me everything was totally fine and was cool and calm through the wedding day chaos. TOTALLY LOVE HIM and would recommend him / Whitney Events 100x over! Very Happy with Whitney Events!

Christina and Jen were an absolute pleasure to work with and we are thankful to them for making our wedding so special and actually a joy to plan. We were on the fence originally about whether to hire a wedding planner and soon after making the decision to hire Whitney Events it was clear we made a good decision.

They are very organized and keep you on track as your wedding day approaches. They have lists of what you should be considering 13 months out, 12 months out, 11 months out, etc and are in regular contact with you (and very responsive when you reach out) to help you slowly but surely take care of everything you need to in preparation for the wedding. It was so helpful knowing that someone was there to keep track of every detail, which meant we never had to worry about missing anything.

Most importantly, they plan for and handle all of the little details that you never would have thought of during the last month and on the wedding day itself. On top of that, they add such a personal touch to everything and they really understood who we were as a couple. Thanks to Christina and Jen we were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding and didn't need to stress over logistics. We would highly recommend working with Whitney Events!

Christina and team were with us right from the start of our planning process. We had some very lofty goals and Christina helped us to achieve them. We threw plenty of challenges her way, such as changing our venue halfway through the planning process to a different state she had not previously worked in, and they were all handled seamlessly.

Christina has great connections not only in the New York area but throughout the Northeast. The vendors that she is able to put you in touch with will only make your wedding that much better. She has very high standards for who she chooses to work with. As you will learn working with her, she likes to get things done and selects vendors who are the same way. Where Christina and her team really shined was on the day of the event. We didn't worry about ANYTHING. We were able to totally relax and experience the pure bliss of our wedding. We had 3 different musical performers, 3 different caterers, and 200 guests in the middle of a field with no water or electricity and it went off without a hitch. We are sure that behind the scenes there was a lot of running around and coordinating going on, but we didn't feel any stress whatsoever. We were able to rest easy with full confidence, spend time with the people we love the most, and dance the night away. Thank you Christina and team!!

Best Money We Ever Spent!

When planning our only daughter's wedding the BEST decision we made was hiring Whitney Events! Christina and her team were worth every penny we spent!!!
The venue our daughter and her fiancé choose is probably the rawest space that anyone has ever seen and definitely not your normal wedding backdrop. With an extremely raw industrial venue there were challenges throughout the planning process and even more challenges on the day of the actual event. But that's were the Whitney Events team performs at their best!!! Because they are so skilled at what they do my husband and I were able to truly enjoy the entire day because we knew we were in good hands. Whitney Events had everything, and I mean everything, under control which allowed us time to dance, mingle with family and friends, and truly enjoy one of the biggest events in our lives!!
