Full Service Planning is everything from start to finish!  WE are inspired by your visions, dreams and stories.  WE have an incredibly talented team in NY and CT that help bring these visions alive! With full service, we help with venue searches, vetting and hiring all vendors from caterers, floral designers, photographers & musicians and everything in between.  We being your friend, confidant, advisor and most importantly your advocate, the WE team will organize every aspect of your wedding. From your our first phone call to our hugs goodbye. We are there every step of the way focusing on YOU!

Wedding Day Management

Wedding Management begins once you've selected your vendors and venue.  It allows you to enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding day giving us all of the final details to follow through with! It also includes full day of coordination.

  • Unlimited contact starting 6 weeks prior to the Wedding Date.

  • Includes one senior event manager and one assistant for up to 8 hours on your Wedding Day.

  • (2) 30 minute phone call review sessions prior to the 6 week start time. 

  • (1) walk through of the venue upon hiring to confirm layouts and set ups.

  • Up to (1) hour on rehearsal day to confirm ceremony practice and pick up any last minute items that need to be delivered to venue by WE.

  • Detailed day of timeline created and distributed to all vendors prior to event to include but not limited to: coordination of entrances, speeches, dances, toasts, cake cutting, and any special events within your wedding such as bouquet toss, family traditions & surprise performances.

  • Confirmation of decor setup (florals, linens, equipment, rentals, lighting)- (2) weeks prior to the wedding date.

  • Review all contracts provided by vendors to confirm all necessities and details have been met.

  • Confirmation of table seating chart to confirm that tables are numbered correctly and are comfortably positioned with access to bars and dance floor.

  • Oversee any transportation requirements for wedding party only.

  • Provide communication with catering manager to ensure guests needs are met, timeline is being executed and the room is set up per agreed upon floor plan.

  •  Work hand in hand with the entertainment to get guests on the dance floor and make sure toasts and dances are announced.

There’s always a reason to host a party and WE can help! From baby showers, bridal showers, sweet 16’s, milestone birthdays and corporate events, WE will organize all of the details for you so that you can ultimately enjoy the day!  Our services can include scouting venues, invitation management & guest lists. Assisting with menus, decor, music and rentals.  WE can also be there to coordinate the day from start to finish to make sure that you are not missing the special moments of your celebration!
