Full Service Planning is everything from start to finish!  WE are inspired by your visions, dreams and stories.  WE have an incredibly talented team in NY, CT, NJ and beyond to help bring these visions alive.  WE will help with venue searches, vetting and hiring all vendors, budget management, timelines, floor plans, invitation assistance and all of your personalized touches. From our first phone call to our hugs goodbye - WE are there every step of the way focusing on you!

Wedding Day Management

Wedding Management begins once you've selected your vendors and venue.  It allows you to enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding day giving us all of the final details to follow through with! 

  • Unlimited contact starting 8 weeks prior to the Wedding Date.

  • (2) 30 minute phone call review sessions prior to the 8 week start time. 

  • (1) walk through of the venue upon to confirm layouts and vision

  • Up to (1) hour on rehearsal day to confirm ceremony practice 

  • Detailed day of timeline created and distributed to all vendors prior to event.

  • Confirmation of decor setup

  • Review all contracts provided by vendors to confirm all necessities and details have been met.

  • Review of table seating chart to confirm that tables are numbered correctly and are comfortably positioned with access to bars and dance floor.

  • Oversee any transportation requirements for wedding party

  • Provide communication with catering manager to ensure guests needs are met, timeline is being executed and the room is set up per agreed upon floor plan.

  •  Work hand in hand with the entertainment to get guests on the dance floor and make sure toasts and dances are announced.

Social & Corporate Events

There’s always a reason to host a party and WE can help! From baby showers, bridal showers, sweet 16’s, milestone birthdays and corporate events, WE will organize all of the details for you so that you can ultimately enjoy the day!  Our services can include scouting venues, invitation management & guest lists. Assisting with menus, decor, music and rentals.  WE can also be there to coordinate the day from start to finish to make sure that you are not missing the special moments of your celebration!
